This "Noreen" BOSS LADY, is the BEST in the business. We had the pleasure of having her for my JJz 4th birthday & our party wouldn't have been complete without her! 1. She arrived earlier than the time scheduled 2. was gentle with the kids & the adults 3. accepted our food & a goodie bag from the birthday boy, which made her feel like family-NOT A WORKER!!!! 4. But the 1 thing you will not find anywhere else is her PERSONABLE ATTITUDE towards your party She had an unbeatable childlike attitude that blends perfectly with kids & lights up adults in the most partylisious way I have ever seen. She made the parents feel less stressed about giving henna tattoos to there kids. The henna tattoos were colorful, beautiful, & personalized which made each child & adult feel so special! She will be joining us in the near future for as many events as I could have her for. We love "NOREEN"! Thank you again soooooo much! Our party wouldn't have been complete without you!

Noreen Watanabe was such a GREAT hit at my grandson's 1st Birthday Party....her art work is fabulous. She arrived on time, and ended up staying longer to be sure that all the keiki got their paint on. Her persona is such that everyone felt so comfortable with her. She kept her cool, even though some of the keiki were unruly. Her light just radiated outward. Should I ever have another gathering that involves keiki, I WILL be sure to hire her again!! All of our guests commented on how beautiful her face painting is/was. And all of our little guests were so happy on how their requests turned out. So, I recommend Noreen to anyone looking for Face Painting for their gatherings.
